Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and recurring billing for Natural Beauty by Val, a brand operated by Duplan Enterprise LLC (Charlotte, North Carolina, USA).

1. My Crown AI™ Subscription

  • My Crown AI is a recurring subscription. The monthly plan bills $19.00 USD automatically every month starting the day you subscribe, until you cancel. The yearly plan bills once per year.
  • Cancel anytime from your Account Settings in the members portal — the same number of steps it took to sign up. No phone call, email, or support ticket required.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time in a billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
  • We email you a cancellation confirmation immediately, and we email you before every yearly renewal.

2. Digital eBook & Downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. If a file fails to download or arrive, contact us and we will redeliver it.

3. My Crown AI Scans & Virtual Try-Ons

AI analyses and try-on renders are non-refundable once the result has been generated, because the service has been performed.

4. Consultations

  • Full refund if you cancel 48 or more hours before your appointment.
  • Within 48 hours: non-refundable, but you get one free reschedule.
  • No-shows forfeit the fee.

5. Founding Member & Limited Offers

Limited-spot offers (such as a capped Founding Member offer) are final sale — all sales are final and non-refundable, and the spot count shown at checkout is the cap for that offer.

6. Errors on Our End

If something fails because of us — a duplicate charge, a broken delivery, a failed render — we will redeliver, reschedule, or refund. Just contact us.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

  • Cancel a subscription: Members Portal → Profile → Cancel subscription.
  • Refund request: email naturalbeautybyval@ymail.com with your order email and what happened. We reply within 2 business days.
