3. My Crown AI Photo Analysis — Special Notice

Photos you upload to My Crown AI are sent securely to our AI analysis provider solely to generate your analysis result in real time.

• Photos are not stored after analysis.
• Photos are not used to train AI models.
• Photos are not shared with third parties beyond the AI provider processing the request.
• Analysis results (text only) may be saved to your account; you can delete them anytime.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: our payment processor, email service provider, AI analysis provider, analytics provider, and legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

• Account and purchase records: 7 years (tax/accounting)
• Consultation notes: 3 years or until you request deletion
• My Crown AI photos: deleted immediately after analysis
• Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, email us. We respond within 30 days.
